Unforgettable experiences. More opportunities to create them.

Eventique creates ambitious experiences for brands. SnuggleMud continues its paid search and SEO/AEO program, connecting discovery with qualified opportunities and lasting client relationships. Partnership reporting records $3.3M in closed net revenue from paid search and $1.51M from organic search and AI referrals, alongside growth in website sessions and new users.

Challenge

For an experiential agency, the right inquiry can become far more than an event. Eventique needed to reach organizations looking for a creative and production partner capable of delivering ambitious work.

Broad search targeting had brought misaligned leads, while limited CRM integration made the commercial picture harder to read. The challenge was to focus discovery on relevant opportunities and connect marketing activity with what happened after a prospect entered the sales process.

Approach

The paid-search program was rebuilt around more focused geography, tighter audience relevance and negative keywords, with tracking connected to HubSpot. That foundation made it possible to follow inquiries into qualified opportunities and closed business. SnuggleMud continues the engagement across paid search and SEO/AEO, with organic discovery complementing the paid program. The emphasis is on being found by prospective clients with relevant needs, then evaluating those relationships beyond the first form submission.

Outcome

An inquiry is the beginning. For Eventique, the more valuable story is what followed: qualified conversations became projects, and some initial projects became repeat relationships. Paid search and organic discovery each contributed closed business, while separate website reporting showed a growing audience. Together, those results connect visibility with commercial opportunity. The program supports a meaningful ambition: help an agency known for memorable experiences find more of the clients it can grow with.

Paid Search Program & HubSpot Attribution

The paid-search program was rebuilt around more focused geography, tighter audience relevance and negative keywords, replacing broad targeting that had brought misaligned leads.

Tracking connected to HubSpot made it possible to follow inquiries into qualified opportunities and closed business, rather than stopping measurement at the form submission.

SEO & AEO / Organic Discovery

SnuggleMud continues an ongoing SEO and AEO engagement, complementing the paid program with organic discovery from search and AI referral sources.

The emphasis is on being found by prospective clients with relevant needs, not just generating traffic — organic search and AI referrals have driven $1.51M in closed net revenue to date.

Lead Qualification & Opportunity Tracking

With CRM integration in place, inquiries could be followed past the first form submission into qualified conversations, proposals and closed business.

That visibility surfaced 26 net-new SQLs from paid search and 52 from organic search and AI referrals, partnership to date.

Website Reporting & Audience Growth

Separate GA4 dashboard reporting tracked site-wide website sessions and new users, giving a broader read on audience growth alongside channel-level revenue.

Against the dashboard comparison period, website sessions grew 13% and new users grew 27%.

Ongoing Program Management

SnuggleMud continues the engagement across paid search and SEO/AEO as an ongoing partnership, not a one-time rebuild.

Relationships are evaluated beyond the first form submission, since some initial projects for Eventique have become repeat client relationships.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What happens in the first 90 days?

The first month is measurement and diagnosis. Access, conversion tracking and attribution get repaired before spend moves, because changing budgets against numbers you do not trust is guessing. The second month is restructuring: the accounts, the audiences and the pages the traffic lands on, with the first tests live. The third month is when scaling decisions start, made on evidence gathered in the two months before rather than on a plan written before we saw anything.

What does a senior-led agency model mean?

It means the person who designs the strategy is the person who runs it day to day, and the person you call when something looks wrong. There is no account executive relaying your question to an analyst you have never met, and no junior team learning your business on your budget. It also caps how many accounts we take at once. That limit is the cost of the model, and the reason it works.

What is the difference between a boutique agency and a holding company?

Attention versus leverage. A boutique gives you senior people and direct access, then hits a ceiling the moment a budget requires enterprise buying or research it cannot run in house. A holding company has that leverage and buries it under account layers and approval chains built for its own margins. The difference you feel day to day is not scale. It is who is actually doing the work on your account, and how many people sit between you and them.

When should a company consolidate its marketing agencies?

When the seams start costing more than the specialisms are worth. Three signals: your channels report different numbers for the same week, nobody can tell you what your brand spend did to your search performance, and decisions wait for the next monthly cycle. Consolidate when coordination has become the bottleneck — not simply because you have more than one vendor. Plenty of programs run well across two or three partners when someone is genuinely accountable for the handoffs.
