Hospitality, Gaming and Entertainment
Three revenue lines, one budget, and a click that is not worth the same twice.
We plan and buy media for casinos, hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues and providers, and we build the measurement that tells you which of those lines a given dollar actually fed.

The same click is worth a very different amount depending on which line it feeds.
Most categories have one revenue line and one buying cycle. This one has three, and they behave nothing alike. Gaming visits are frequent, local and habitual — a player may come back four times in a month, so the value of acquiring them is a season of visits rather than a single one. Hotel stays are planned weeks ahead, priced by night and heavily seasonal, so the same media weight produces wildly different revenue depending on the date it lands against.
Dining and entertainment sit between the two: local like gaming, occasion-driven like a stay. Buying against a blended target flattens all three into an average that describes none of them. We set separate targets per line, budget against the calendar rather than against the month, and accept that some weeks the correct decision is to spend less.

A meaningful share of the response never touches a digital form.
Walk-in gaming traffic and phone reservations are the two largest responses in this category and neither is attributable to a source in the way a click is. Player-card data, property systems and booking engines each hold part of the answer and none of them talk to the ad platforms without work. We do not pretend that gap away.
We track what is trackable to the source, connect call tracking and booking systems where the property allows it, and treat the remainder as a measured unknown rather than as zero — because reporting it as zero is what causes a property to defund the channel driving its floor traffic. Where the gap is large, we say how large and we say what would close it.

How this works
Connected Capabilities
Paid Search
When demand here is captured rather than created, the search account is where the money is won or lost
Media Planning & Buying
When three revenue lines share one budget, the argument is about how the budget is split before it is about how each channel performs
Measurement & Attribution
And when a large share of the response arrives by phone or in person, the reporting layer decides whether that response is credited or invisible

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Do you understand gaming compliance and responsible-gaming advertising rules?
Yes. Platform policy, state regulation and tribal gaming rules each constrain what can be said, who can be targeted and which creative will clear review, and they do not agree with one another. We build the constraint into the plan rather than discovering it at launch: required messaging in the creative brief, age and geography restrictions in the targeting, and property or legal review scheduled before production rather than after. Your compliance team approves the work. We make sure it reaches them early enough to be useful.
