Our commitment
We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard most procurement teams reference, and it is the one we hold ourselves to rather than a lower bar that would be easier to claim.
What that means in practice
• Text and interface elements meet AA contrast ratios, including on our accent color
• Every page is navigable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus state
• Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them
• Video carries captions, and headings follow a real hierarchy rather than being sized by eye
• Forms have labels that are read aloud correctly, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone
Where we fall short
Accessibility is a standard we work toward continuously, not a certificate we hold. Some third-party embeds and older documents on this site may not fully conform. Where we know of a gap, we are working on it. Where we do not, we would like you to tell us.
How to report a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email michael@snugglemud.com with the page and what happened. A person will reply within five business days, and we will tell you what we are doing about it and when.
If you need information from this site in another format, such as a document read aloud, a page sent as plain text, etc., please ask, and we will send it.
